Terese Fritsch

She is an expert in unlocking the potential, performance, and collaborative capacity of business leaders through sophisticated made-to-order leadership development interventions and coaching partnerships that drive business performance and value creation.

Terese has served in a variety of senior-level corporate learning roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Marriott International. At Booz Allen, she led the Leadership and Executive Development function and was instrumental in creating the firm’s suite of flagship leadership development programs for Lead Associates through Senior Partners.

Her programs have been featured in Forbes and Chief Learning Officer Magazine and were the recipient of the prestigious Booz Allen Excellence Award and ASTD’s Excellence in Practice award. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Teresa served as Director of Learning and Development at Marriott International. Teresa has served on the advisory board of the Office of Executive Programs at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and Conference Board’s Leadership Development Council collaborating with business leaders and institutions in support of leading conscious change.
